АЕС, яку будують у Туреччині, не пошкоджена унаслідок землетрусів, – МАГАТЕ

Атомна електростанція “Аккую”, яку будують у Туреччині, не зазнала впливу внаслідок землетрусів, які відбулися у країні.
Про це йдеться у Твіттері Міжнародного агентства з атомної енергії .
“Наразі землетруси не вплинули на ядерну безпеку в Туреччині”, – інформує МАГАТЕ з посиланням на орган ядерного регулювання Туреччини.
В агентстві підкреслюють, що немає проблем, пов’язаних з радіологічною безпекою та збереженням радіоактивних джерел, і атомна електростанція, що будується в країні, – не пошкоджена.

Зазначимо, з 2018 року на середземноморському узбережжі Туреччини російський “Росатом” будує атомну електростанцію “Аккую”. Проєкт передбачає чотири енергоблоки потужністю 1200 мегаватів кожен.
Нагадаємо, унаслідок землетрусу з епіцентром на південному сході Туреччинизагинули вже більше 2,7 тис. людей. Майже 14,5 тис. отримали поранення.
